    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Lean Leads ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Lean Leads is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for fitness professionals. Our Service includes:

    • Lead management and tracking
    • Custom intake forms and lead qualification
    • Booking and scheduling functionality
    • Email campaign tools
    • Integration with third-party services (ManyChat, Google, Stripe)
    • Team collaboration features
    • Analytics and reporting

    3. User Accounts

    3.1 Account Creation

    You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

    3.2 Account Security

    You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

    3.3 Team Accounts

    If you create a team, you are responsible for all team members' compliance with these Terms. You may assign different roles (Owner, Admin, Support Coach, Member) with varying permission levels.

    4. Subscription and Payments

    4.1 Free Trial

    We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have access to Pro Plan features with limited usage. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.

    4.2 Subscription Plans

    We offer the following subscription tiers:

    • Pro Plan: $25/month or $255/year - For individual fitness professionals
    • Business Plan: $50/month or $510/year - For teams up to 15 members
    • Enterprise Plan: $150/month or $1,530/year - For large organizations up to 50 members

    4.3 Billing

    Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

    4.4 Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

    4.5 Refunds

    Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@leanleads.io for refund requests. We generally do not provide refunds for services already rendered.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
    • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
    • Send unsolicited emails or spam through the email campaign feature
    • Violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) when using email features
    • Collect or store personal data of others without their consent
    • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
    • Impersonate any person or entity
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

    6. User Content

    6.1 Your Content

    You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service.

    6.2 Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring it complies with applicable laws. We do not endorse or control User Content and are not liable for any content uploaded by users.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lean Leads and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without our express written permission.

    8. Third-Party Integrations

    The Service integrates with third-party services including ManyChat, Google, Stripe, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAN LEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lean Leads, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

    12. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
